老細依個星期去左上海進行交流，根據辦公室的不明文規定(即枱底下的自訂條例)，「老細唔响度，等於唔洗做」，本來我都以為會係甘，可惜傻仔敏的如意算盤打響不特止，仲要衰過老細响度。
短短的3天…已令傻仔敏R爆頭，第一天，開開心心的返中心，占美送上大包作早餐，以為會是美好的一天，誰知中午因一個人不負責任的關係，發生小事故，好啦！！老細唔响度，咪睇指引做野囉…點知我的好心變左別人的壞事。第二天，同組小妹話有個數有問題，見佢又拆唔掂，咪諗住幫下手囉，點知令自己趺埋落水，見到個4個女人的齊心度…真係驚人，以家有唔係問責制，做錯要落台，咪做返好囉，都唔知起晒摃做咩！！第三天，經過2天的心煩意亂，我今天已主定決心…封眼封耳又封咀，好在星期一於假…
其實在工作上，我雖唔稱得上全情投入，但係我自問真係用心甘去做，同事有事…我都會幫啫，我的宗旨係和平共處…都算親善大使啩！！！响依一刻，真係有D掛住FANNIE，以前佢响度…咩都話晒事、担大旗，我可以做透明人，老實講…只要唔洗現身，叫我做咩都無所謂喎！但係宜家群龍無首，有時見到占美、小玲有事…又無理由當睇唔到？！唉！！全世界都知我對工作係一D上進心都無，又唔諗住升職、加人工，最緊要開開心心…比我日日見到D仔女…吹下水甘，就係甘簡單啫，真係凍薪都無所謂喎！！為免令自己活於麻煩中，我正式宣佈我是透明的。

Sorry for your those 3 days experience. Shame on them. >.< It is fairly common in most of the office environment with "good" and "bad" employees. I am lucky to work in a very good company, good manager and good team. Everyone helps each other to "save the company". NO one knows everything, those smart engineers always be there to help us and in turn we help the new team member or other team members. My manager was no in office from Monday to Wednesday. I had told my manager about my plan to handle the project when he was not in office for 3 days. My manager just monitored the email trials between I and other project members. As you mentioned, sometimes you need to help other when they are not able to handle their parts. I had to do that otherwise, my plan would not be in schedule. I tried that in the weekend but no luck. I was not too familiar with the system that my team member worked on. I could only relied on other team members who would login from home during weekend. Still no one login from home during the weekend except a couple others. But they knew nothing about my problem. I gave up and waited until Monday morning. The first thing to do when I got back to office (10 am), was to deal with the problem with the right team member. Totally forgot about breakfast .... I like to work on the project, and I don't care about the promotion. I do care about the salary though :-) We won't have bonus this year but salary increase, should be Ok.
